I never imagined that the soles as thin could be so effective. The walking becomes much more pleasant, it is great. I've tried several brands (and sub-brand) of insoles and silicone although these are not the best, they have a good price/quality ratio. This pair of insole is transparent, can be placed at several locations following the shoes. They are comfortable and avoid blisters due to the warming up of the foot with the sole. They also limit the pain related to the act of standing (or walking) too long in the day (or night). However once installed in one pair of shoes, it better not change. They are supposed to be reusable but I find that they do not stick together once removed, even by washing. They deform a bit after several uses. But honestly they do their job. After over a year of using these insoles, here is my opinion :I have a problem with my kneecap right that after climbing stairs or after walking more than half an hour, I hurt my kneecap and sometimes in the leg (according to the doctors, probably a chondropathie, but they are not on), and I also often back pain.
